  • 1. Shirts Purchased by Size (Ready-to-Wear)

    Shirts purchased by standard size (S, M, L, etc.) may be exchanged for:

    • Another size (subject to availability), or

    • DaisyK store credit.

    We do not offer refunds.

    As we operate on a limited-stock, slow fashion model, we do not carry large quantities of inventory. If your requested size is not available, we may need up to 4 weeks to remake the shirt.

    All exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    We are unable to refund monogrammed shirts ordered by size.

    2. Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Shirts

    All Made-to-Measure and Bespoke shirts are custom-made for each client and are therefore:

    • Non-returnable

    • Non-refundable

    Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes to measurements, fit, fabrics, design details, or monogramming are not guaranteed and are treated as new requests.

    3. Manufacturing Faults

    If a verified manufacturing fault occurs, DaisyK will gladly remake the shirt.

    A manufacturing fault refers strictly to:

    • Incorrect fabric used

    • Construction or workmanship defects

    • Production errors

    • Incorrect or defective monogram execution

    In such cases, the shirt will be remade exactly as originally ordered, including:

    • Fabric

    • Fit

    • Collar and cuff style

    • Buttons

    • Monogram letters, font, colour, and placement

    • All original design details

    Design changes cannot be made as part of a remake due to a fault.

    4. Fit Preferences vs. Manufacturing Faults

    Fit is subjective. Requests such as wanting a shirt looser, tighter, longer, shorter, or with a different silhouette are considered personal preference, not manufacturing defects.

    DaisyK may offer one reasonable adjustment at its discretion. Any further alterations or remakes requested due to preference are the responsibility of the client.

    6. Monogramming & Artisanal Variations

    All monogramming is completed by hand or machine embroidery, depending on the atelier and location of production.

    As part of the artisanal process, slight variations may occur in:

    • Placement

    • Size

    • Stitch density

    • Thread finish

    These are natural characteristics of hand-crafted production and are not considered defects.

    7. Shipping for Returns & Remakes

    • DaisyK covers return shipping only for verified manufacturing faults.

    • For all other exchanges, remakes, or preference-based alterations, shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

  • Madrid delivery is complementary.

    Worldwide shipping comes at cost respective to geographical reason and duties.

    Customs or import taxes are not inclusive of our prices and are the responsibility of the client.

  • Our shirts are made to keep for a very long time. To be worn over and over again, the best ways to take care of your shirts is an important component of ensuring their long-term value.

    Instructions:
    Machine wash in reverse, in cold water (30C max) and with similar colours.

    No tumble drier.

    No bleach.

    Iron at low temperature.

    *Our 100% silk shirts are recommended to be washed by hand or dry cleaning.

    Our ateliers ensure compliance with our code of ethics, which guarantee respect for working conditions, (working hours, pay, health and safety) and without saying, absolutely strictest bans on any forced or child labour.

    Most of our fabrics have significantly lower environmental impact and are selected according to the strictest standards: organic cotton, GOTS, OCS certified, Oeko-Tex Standard.
    Where possible we use excess fabric cuttings for shirt details such as contrasting pockets, or to make bags for our pyjama sets.

    Extending the life of your everyday shirts and irreplaceable must-haves is now an effortless task with our help. Mail or drop your shirts in Madrid and in less than 48h we can replace any damaged cuffs, collars or make necessary adjustments to the fit of your shirt.
